Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ikhwan Sani Universiti Sains Malaysia

Dr Ikhwan Sani graduated from USM in 2003. He further completed his Masters of Surgery programme in 2010. He obtained his fellowship in HPB after completed his training in National University Malaysia, Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah and Toranomon Hospital in Tokyo. He is now the Senior Lecturer, General and HPB surgeon in Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia in Kelantan. Besides clinical services, he is also active in manuscript publication where he publishes more than 100 papers in Local and International Journal. He also wrote a book launched by Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka to create public awareness about Jaundice. His future directions are towards minimally invasive HPB surgery and endoscopic ultrasounds
